1 — Booking & Payment
- 30% deposit required. A deposit via Interac confirms and secures your booking. The balance is payable by cash upon completion of service. Your appointment is not reserved until the deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.

2 — Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellation: Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel.
- Rescheduling: Reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to keep your deposit and secure your spot.
- Arrival time: Please arrive up to 15 minutes before your time slot. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may result in cancellation or rescheduling.
- No-show policy: 30% deposit forfeited. Future bookings may require full payment upfront.
3 — Health & Hair Prep
- Hair prep required: Arrive with hair freshly washed and blow dried with no product applied. Unprepped hair may affect your service or result in cancellation.
- Hair length: Hair under 4 inches incurs an additional $10–$20 CAD fee and must not be permed or relaxed.
4 — Session Expectations
- Come alone: Please attend your appointment by yourself — we're unable to accommodate guests due to limited space.
- Adults and children (10+): This service is for adults and children 10+ who are able to sit comfortably during their session.
5 — Visiting the Studio
- Location: For the safety and privacy of our home studio, the exact address will be sent 24 hours before your appointment along with parking and entry details.
6 — Privacy & Consent
- Photo consent: Photos and videos taken during your session may be used for our website, social media, and promotional content. If you'd prefer your images are not used publicly, let your stylist know before your session.
- Email marketing: Any personal information you share is used solely to manage your appointments and communicate about your services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. By booking, you consent to receive appointment reminders and occasional updates.
