• A 30% deposit is required via Interac e-Transfer to simpleenaturals@gmail.com to hold your appointment. Include your booking reference in the message.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.
• Cancellations require 24 hours' notice to be eligible for a deposit refund.
• Rescheduling requires 48 hours' notice to keep your deposit.
• Hair must be freshly washed, blow-dried, and product-free.
• Hair shorter than 4 inches in some services incurs an additional $10–$20 fee.
• Please come alone — the space is limited and cannot accommodate guests.
• Services are for adults and children aged 10 and up.
• Photo consent is optional and can be updated by contacting us.
• Your studio address and parking instructions are sent 24 hours before your appointment.

To book your appointment we collect: your name, email, phone number, the service you've selected, your appointment date and time, and any note you add for Yetunde. If you opt in, we also record your consent to have your hair photographed.

Your details are used only to manage your booking — sending you confirmation, reminder, and reschedule emails, letting Yetunde know who's coming in, and letting you cancel or reschedule via your management link.

Simplee Naturals never receives or stores your payment card, bank account, or Interac password. Your deposit is paid directlyto us via Interac e-Transfer through your own bank's app. The HairBooker system does not connect to your bank, does not process card payments, and does not store any financial identifiers. The only payment-related information we record is that your deposit has been received (marked manually by Yetunde in her admin panel).

Booking records are retained for 12 months after your appointment. After that, they're removed from active view.

We don't sell or share your data with anyone. It's stored securely in our booking database and used only by Yetunde and the tools that send you emails and add appointments to Yetunde's calendar.

If you tick the photo consent checkbox during booking, you agree that Simplee Naturals may photograph or film your hair for promotional purposes. You can revoke consent at any time by emailing simpleenaturals@gmail.com.

To request deletion of your booking history, email simpleenaturals@gmail.com. We'll confirm the deletion within 7 days.
